LG V35 Buffer Fix

TWRP flashable zip with a buffer fix for the LG V35. Created by Wyroczen, it should fix viewfinder lag on Google Camera.

Requirements:

1. TWRP
2. Latest stock ROM (Android 9), but may work on others

Instructions:

1. Boot to TWRP
2. Mount Vendor
3. Flash zip
