I redid the system for setting the number of frames based on the new B-S-G code. Instead of calculating the required number of frames, now the number of frames is simply set to constant. The maximum number of frames per snapshot is limited to 25, since for large values there is a mismatch between the set and the fulfilled one with this control system. Set a separate task for HDR+ and night mode.

I copied several files from the Arnova mod and part of the code from the old mod, the menu video frequency now looks like "auto-30-60"; On 4k, the switch is unavailable - the video does not crash with an error.
