Added the ability to disable the noise model - which can be useful for
example for LGE G6. Also added the ability to enable primitive fix. Fix,
although it gives a blurry shot, it sometimes looks better than just
turning off the noise model. And always the best results are obtained with
longer shutter speeds, which is easy to implement, since the shutter speed
setting is different.
