Put config in GCam/Configs8

On bucket 11, in order for the configs to be loaded / saved, it is necessary to increase the level of access to files in permissions (allow management of all files, otherwise there will be no access to the folder with configs).

In order for the astro to work normally, you need to set the auto time for exposure in night mode. I don't use astro because I need a tripod.
